Apple is slated to hold its, what’s turned out to be annual “iPod” refresh event. Where apple will be announcing most likely a refresh to the whole iPod/iPod touch line. It is expected that on September 9th 2009 at 10 AM PST, the man, the myth, the apple himself, Steve Jobs to be present for the keynote. Although it has not been noted as to if Steve will be giving the keynote presentation or not. The world I believe will witness new refreshes to apples iPod line. I also anticipate the release of iTunes 9 as well as iPhone 3.1 software. Which should enable MMS as well as the tethering feature, as well as some other new features. I also anticipate a possible macbook refresh announcement. We could even possibly hear about … dare I say … the tablet? Not that it would be released at this event. But maybe they would ease the public and let them know about what is in the works. What am I thinking, this is apple, why would they do that? Well as you all know, I have been busy working in the kitchen, renovating and doing some repair work to our house. Normally I stream 24/7 days a week but I’ve been unable to do so do to the fact I just mentioned. But needless to say that when I return I will be ready. Rumor has it that AT&T is working on bringing MMS messaging to the iPhone. Apparently the ability is there, just needs to be turned on. Simply because you can find a picture on the mobile safari and hold it for 2 seconds and it will allow you to save the photo. Is this something that is going to finally come to pass? We have seen that ustream finally has an app and a work around for the “flash” plugin, will others find that same find? Either way, I’m thrilled and look forward to mms messaging on the iPhone.
